Procedure

How it works: two stages

Submission is not a single step. The committee timeline sets a deadline for abstracts first and another for full papers afterwards, each with its own notification.

  1. Stage 101 / 02

    Abstract

    An abstract is submitted through the platform. The committee assesses it and announces which abstracts it accepts.

  2. Stage 202 / 02

    Full paper

    Accepted abstracts move on to the full paper, which has its own submission deadline and its own notification.

Submissions are handled in Oxford Abstracts. You need to create an account before you can see the form, and its interface is in English only.
Language
The official language of the symposium is English. Keynote lectures have Spanish translation.
