Procedure
How it works: two stages
Submission is not a single step. The committee timeline sets a deadline for abstracts first and another for full papers afterwards, each with its own notification.
- Stage 101 / 02
Abstract
An abstract is submitted through the platform. The committee assesses it and announces which abstracts it accepts.
- Stage 202 / 02
Full paper
Accepted abstracts move on to the full paper, which has its own submission deadline and its own notification.

Submission rules
- Abstract format
- Maximum 300 words.
- The submission platform
- Submissions are handled in Oxford Abstracts. You need to create an account before you can see the form, and its interface is in English only.
- Language
- The official language of the symposium is English. Keynote lectures have Spanish translation.
